执法检查主要采取现场检查、座谈访谈、市区联动、问卷调查等方式进行，深入基层一线，全面掌握法律法规实施的实际状况，精准查找制度执行不力、监管衔接不畅、责任落实虚化等突出矛盾和典型问题。

新业态食品安全风险防控情况和小规模食品生产经营监管统筹规范情况等。

据悉，此次执法检查工作的重点为食品安全部门监管职责落实及衔接情况；

集中用餐单位食品安全全过程管理情况；

拟于5月下旬，北京市人大常委会会议听取和审议执法检查组关于检查《食品安全法》和《规定》实施情况的报告。
